- 2 egg yolks

- 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice

- 1 tsp of mustard

- 1 tsp grain mustard

- 300 ml vegetable oil

- salt and pepper

Utensils: a bowl and a whisk.

Instructions: • Put the egg yolks into a bowl.

Add the lemon juice, mustard, grain mustard and salt and pepper.

• Then whisk to fully combine into a creamy consistency.

• Add the oil. Slowly begin to drizzle in the oil, little by little, while constantly whisking.

•When all the oil is used and the sauce begins to thicken, it is ready to serve.

• Your mayonnaise is now ready.Try it on salads, burgers, cold meats and fried chips.

•It can’t be frozen but will keep up to three days in the fridge.
