Treasure Your Neighborhood!

My term as Treasurer of Devonshire III & VI is coming to an end next April, after which I plan to move on to new challenges and opportunities. Would you be interested in taking over? Here's the secret: It's really the easiest of all board positions! No special expertise needed; just organizational skills. I have all the records and spreadsheets to make the transition easy and painless.

If you'd be interested in serving the neighborhood in this way just write me at wtrobers@iupui.edu or call my residence at 870-3354. I'll be very happy to quickly get you up to speed before next April. Believe me: IF I CAN DO IT ANYONE CAN! Why not you?

garage Sale update

I am pleased to report the Annual Garage Sale held July 15th and 16th was a resounding success! Over 40 households participated and hundreds of shoppers searched for that special item or items. A big THANK YOU goes to Marilyn Hartle for all her help again this year and to all our neighbors who participated. Several Board Members visited with participants and heard lots positive comments. Jim Barbar mentioned he had roughly 236 people visit his sale. By far the most interesting shopper was a baby duck that wandered into one our resident’s garages. You just never know who might stop by! As a reminder, if you still have a garage sale sign please return it to Marilyn at 6316 Harbridge Road. Doug Snow - Social Chair

Many Angie's List Customers

Many companies and individuals are fighting for your mortgage business. Only a few are exceptional and I believe you’ll find that Stonegate Mortgage and I rise above the rest. I can assist you with buying your first home or your sixth.

Rates are at historic lows and I would love the opportunity to help you refinance, if you haven’t taken advantage of this opportunity already. Whether you want to save money each month by having a lower rate, or if you’d like to reduce the term on your mortgage to a 10, 15 or 20 year term, I’d be honored to assist you with options.

Take advantage of my services and I will make a $200 donation in your name to the Devonshire III & VI or BRAG project of your choice.
