The FS-UDs has highly qualified permanent teachers in their
various fields of competence and a dedicated non-teaching staff.
To date, the FS-UDs has 159 teachers, including:
13 Professors,
37 Associate Professors,
81 Senior Lecturers,
24 Assistant- Lecturers,
12 Temporary teaching assistants.

The BMD system has been gradually applied to the
FS-UDs since the year 2006;
Since the year 2009, it covers all programs and
training cycles.

The training follow the BMD system:
Bachelor (B): 06 semesters - Diploma: Bachelor Degree
Master (M): 04 semesters - Diploma: Master with thesis
Doctorate (D): Between 3 and 5 years
