Principal Access to ExpressServe includes:

Authorization for Principals and their Designees Principal Access can be given to agency principals and their designees. To inquire who has Principal Access for your agency, contact help@fcci-group.com. Need Access?To request Principal Access, please submit an email to help@fcci-group.com and include:• Authorization from one of the following:

– Agency Principal Contact– A previously authorized Principal Designee– Your agency’s Business Development Specialist

• First and last name of user • Email address of user • Agency name, code and location for which

Principal Access is authorized

ExpressServeSM Principal Access

There are two levels of ExpressServe access for agency users – General Access and Principal Access. General Access is assigned as a default unless Principal Access is requested and authorized.
