LOCATIONCannington, Western Australia Cannington is located approximately 12 kilometres south east of the Perth CBD. The shopping centre is a significant drawcard for the surrounding area.
The Property is strategically located, directly opposite Westfield Carousel and the recently completed Bunnings. The Property is positioned one allotment from the traffic controlled intersection of Liege Street and Albany Highway, which experiences high volumes of passing traffic and ample exposure for retailers. Albany Highway is a dual lane with triple carriageway on either direction, making it one of Perth’s most prominent thoroughfares.
