4.! After!LCC!approval,!the!LCC!will!forward!the!Concept!Note!to!the!WWCT!for!analysis!of!budgetary!needs!5.! The!WWCT,!through!its!Disbursement!Committee,!will!meet!and!decide!on!the!total!for!project!disbursement!6.! After!the!Disbursement!Committee!has!approved!the!project,!a!call!for!tenders!may(be!made!if!

deemed!necessary,!and!dependent!on!the!availability!and!implementing!timeline!7.! A!contract!for!implementation!between!WWCT,!the!CBO!and!any!outside!contractor!will!be!signed!and!made!public,!with!copies!going!to!the!CBO!and!to!the!LCC!8.!The!process!is!outlined!below!as!Figure!1:!

!!!!!!!!!Project!Eligibility!Parameters!!

In!an!effort!to!maintain!its!role!as!a!neutral,!apolitical,!non;religious!entity,!whilst!remaining!a!positive!influence!on!the!development!of!the!local!area,!WWCT!has!put!in!place!a!number!of!parameters!to!ensure!

that!project!funding!is!disbursed!to!the!widest!group!of!beneficiaries!possible!while!protecting!the!ongoing!environmental!management!activities.!!These!broad!parameters!are!as!follows:!!

1. WWCT!will!seek!to!fund!projects!that!offer!positive!benefits!to!the!livelihoods!and!development!of!local!communities!and!which!do!not!harm!the!environment!!

2. WWCT!funding!is!not!available!for!politically;related!projects!3. WWCT!funding!is!not!available!for!religious!projects!such!as!construction!of!places!of!worship!etc.!4. WWCT!funding!is!not!available!for!personal!projects!nor!projects!that!advance!only!the!interests!of!

a!small!group!of!community!members!!5. WWCT!funding!is!not!available!for!projects!that!will!harm!the!environment!or!wildlife!
