EvaluateanAcadPlan(CPP)eFormThisJobAidcoverstheprocessforevaluatingCPPeFormthathasbeenroutedtoyou.ForJobAidsonadding,viewing,andupdatingCPPeForms,seesis.berkeley.edu/training.

1. NavigatetotheeWorkflowfromCalCentralMyAcademics

FromyourCalCentralMyDashboard,underAdvisingResources,clickeFormsWorkCenter.

IntheStudentsection,clickEvaluateaAcadPlaneForm.

2.SearchfortheeForm

SearchforthedesiredeFormbyenteringallknowncriteria.

IfyouleaveallfieldsblankandclickSearch,youwillseealistofalleFormsthatrequireyouraction.

IfyouknowtheeFormID,youcanlocatetheexactformeasily.Thisiswhy,whenaddingeForms,youshouldalwaysmakenoteoftheeFormID(listedinthetoprightcorneroftheeForm).

SelecttheeFormyouwishtoevaluatebyclickingthelinkinanyofthefields.

3.ReviewtheeForm

TheeFormwillpopulate.

TheStudent’sInformationislistedatthetopoftheeForm.YoucanhidetheRequestInstructionsbycheckingtheHideInstructionsbox.

TheRequestTypedescribestheactionbeingtakenontheCareerProgramPlanStack(CPPSTACK).Inthisexample,theeFormreflectsachangeofmajor.

TheChangeCareerProgramInfoshowsasummaryofthechangesbeingmadetothestudent’scareerplan.Inthisexample,thestudentischangingmajorsfromChemicalEngineeringBStoChemEng/NEJointMajorBS.

YoucanclickViewtoseeanyattachmentsthathavebeenuploadedtotheeForm.ClickNext.ClickthearrownexttoCommentstoleavecommentsontheeForm.

4.ApproveorDenytheCPPeForm

OnceyouhavereviewedtheeFormandaddedanyadditionalcomments,selecteitherApproveorDeny.

IfyouApprovetheeForm,itwillbeabletomoveontothenextstepintheapprovalpath.

Inthisexample,AdvisorTwohasjustapprovedtheform.TheactionisdocumentedintheTransaction/SignatureLog.TheeFormisawaitingapprovalfromthefinalsetofapprovers.ThechangewillexecuteonceanadvisorfromthethirdstepapprovestheeForm.

IfclickDeny,theroutingpathwillnotdisplaybecausetheapprovalpathhasbeenterminated.TheTransaction/SignatureLogwilllistyouraction.
