Central Support Service (CSS) European Schoolnet is the el CSS of the eTwinning

action • A partnership of European Ministries of Education• Provides coherence to the action at an European

level• It is responsible for the multilingual portal• Helps schools and creates pedagogical materials• Designs ICT tools to provide the necessary

technological infrastructure • is responsible for keeping the action going

They are the national reference of the action at national level and– Aprove partnerships– Keep an eye on registers– Advise and inform their teachers– Design and implement courses and training actions– Act as external evaluators – Organize awards and other competitions

In Spain the NSS is the ISFTIC (former CNICE)– Each Autonomous Community has its own

eTwinning representatives
