Team Managers: If your team makes it through to the final please read all this information. You MUSTpick up an envelope at your Regional Final before leaving – it will contain all details and essentialforms.

1. Final Team declaration sheet must be completed online by midnight on THURSDAY 17TH

NOVEMBER- entries not received by then may not be accepted. However...you need to wait until the team numbers havebeen set up for the Final online – that should be done by Sunday night, 13

th November. You can see when

that has been done by checking the National Final Teams listing when you log in, and there will also be amessage on the noticeboard. Note that in order for us to identify which teams have not been declared, allprevious number allocations will be deleted on Sunday 13

th. It is absolutely essential that you keep to all the

deadlines to enable us to get the programme printed in time for the event.

2. It is imperative that the numbers are issued as per programme and any substitutes are declared early.

3. How to find Princethorpe College - Please follow the instructions below as access is quite difficultthrough the town.

6. Travel claim form – will be contained in the envelope you need to pick up. Form to be returned by 31stDecember 2011.

7. Accommodation may be found from the internet – the ESAA cannot assist with finding accommodation foryou.

8. Programmes – a copy for each athlete and team manager will be provided at declaration.Others will be on sale.

9. Team declarations MUST be made between 10.30 and 12.30.Disc envelopes and race numbers will be issued at this time. Please supply your own safety pins.

10. Refreshments are NOT provided this year - Hot and cold refreshments will be obtainable for sale onsite.

11. Parking – please follow the instructions given by the Car Park Attendants who will be responsible for allparking arrangements. Refer to the site map below. School minibuses driven by the teacher/team managerwill be parked as directed by the Staff. Team coaches are to park as instructed as directed by the Staff.Spectator car parking is available as directed by the Staff. Coach and Minibus drivers, please ensure thatyou have a copy of your car parking pass displayed on arrival – that will be in the envelope you pick up.

Presentation – although many of you will have long journeys home all are asked, as a matter ofcourtesy, to attend the presentation ceremony at 3.15pm in the Sports Hall.
