First Screen

This is the first screen you’ll see. It’s here where you can: Set up your schedule availability and Enter & View notes on a student.

Entering notes: Find a student You can search by typing the name in

the search box.

clicking on the alphabet. Click “D” to find Albus Dumbledore.

This is the next screen you’ll see. Here you can enter notes or schedule an appointment with the student.

Enter comments about the session. If you/the student has goals to be accomplished before the next session, write them in. Click on the record notes when done.

A screen will show your notes have been successfully submitted. Click on home menu to take you back.

Once you click “schedule,” another tab opens up with a message to confirm that it went through.

View your notes

Once you’re back to the home menu, click on view notes to see all the notes on this student.

From there you can see her notes.

Things to remember

You MUST enter notes within 48 hours of your session. If you do not do this, EzTrack will not let you enter them in. No notes = no pay.

EzTrack notes must be entered on campus. If you want/need to write the notes off campus, you must download the VPN to have access to the website. See our downloading the VPN tutorial on this for more information.
