Social Media Marketing Final Project

Part one: Showcase of my blog

• I have 13 final posts

• I have 12 total comments

• I have more comments and views on Wednesday because I post my homeworks on this day

• The post which has the most views is the step five, the post about a research online.

Video• It’s not that hard

• It took 1 hour 30

• I have 256 views until now

• If I can change something, I would change the position that I had. It’s more interesting to see the whole person.

• How could I improve?- By being more dynamic- Speak louder

Blog in the future• I don’t think that I will keep up a blog

because:

- Of the time

- Topics aren’t really interesting

• But maybe one day, it will be needed for my future job.

Part Two: Facebook • The important role of facebook in

companies marketing strategy

• We have to use facebook because it’s the most important social media

• Perceptions: Our facebook account is personal. We really have to be careful about the content.

Facebook• Effectiveness

It’s one of the best way, amongst social media tool, to communicate with costumers or potential costumers

• FutureI created an account for my personal life and an other for this class. It’s important to protect ourselves.

• Friends: 83 friends

• Brands or groups: Camaïeu and UCR Extension

Part Three: Twitter• What I learned about this social media tool?- First time that I used this- A lot of people use this- Little bit useless

• I won’t use Twitter

• I follow Bruno Mars, Cyprien and Madjid

Twitter• Strengths:- Easy to use- Don’t need a account to see people profils

• Weaknesses- No Groups, videos, blogs - Everybody can see our twitter account

even if he doesn’t have an account

Part Four: LinkedIn• I never use LinkedIn before this class

• It’s a social media tool especially for companies and professional workers

• It’s a good tool because it links companies and professional workers because they can see our resume.

LinkedIn• I choose Hong Kong Connection and UC

Riverside

• I won’t continue to follow LinkedIn after the class because I don’t have enough experience but maybe after my five-year cursus

• Biggest take-awaySocial media isn’t here just for fun, everybody use this in order to reach something: to be seen and to be known by our friends, customers, potential customers, etc.

~ Closing Thoughts ~• I learned how companies use social media

tools. So when I will work, I’ll use this because it’s one of the best way to reach people and it’s free. As Zappos Page, I would like to involve customer, how to entertain them. Finally, the most important is to build credibility in the professional environment

• I will use Facebook because I used to use facebook for a long time and I’m pretty addict
