• There are 12 teams in our league which are a part of two conferences.

• The AFC (Archimedes’ Football Conference) and the NFC (Newton’s Football Conference).

• Each conference will have six teams.

You will make your own team from players who are in the NFL, this happens through something called a draft.

Every person gets one pick per round and the rounds alternate in order (if you pick first one round, you pick last in the next round).

Even though you only use eight players per week, you will have a total of twelve people on your team at all times. This is because players have “bye-weeks”.

A bye-week simply means that a NFL team gets one week off from playing a game. Each team has only one bye-week per year.

You will also need extra players because one of your players may get injured and be unable to play.

The other players you have will sit on the bench, you still calculate their points but they do not count toward your total.

Trades must be approved by the majority of the owners involved in the trade before it goes to the League Office. Following this a trade proposal must be filled out.

Once the form has been turned in to the league office it will be either approved or rejected by the commissioner.

Teams will give up one challenge point for each player they have in a trade.

Every week players who are not on rosters will be available to be added to teams. These will be based on challenge points. Each week, team managers will get an activity. If the activity is completed correctly, that team will earn one challenge point. Teams will bid on free agents using their challenge points. If there is a tie, the person who initiated the bidding process wins.

• Each week there will be additional problems that could be from any subject. Teams will attempt to answer as many questions as they can in a two minute period.

• Teams will be able to earn up to seven extra points in the two minute drill session.

Playoffs• Just like the NFL, the

playoffs are single-elimination, meaning as soon as you lose a game, you are done.

• The Championship Bracket is for places 1-6

• The Consolation Bracket is for places 7-12
