Eating according to blood type can be the best way to get

healthy

We eat certain foods when we feel ill, a little chicken soup and you will feel better

MISERABLE IT REALLY DOES WORK I FEEL BETTER

We eat food that binds us all, Baseball, Hotdogs and apple pie

We Eat certain food to enhanced our performance

So we know food make us feel better, culturally binds

us and we use food as a tool to succeed.

The national policy is portion control and one plate for everyone.

The best way to eat is according to your blood type.

Being thin is not being healthy everyone is different. Food is more than just nutrition for survival or

something we control in order to lose or gain weight .

Why is eating according to blood type the best way to get healthy

• Because it’s about the individual

• No one is the same

• it’s a solution for

obesity

• Not portions or calories

• it’s health not weight

The problem is the USDA’s current attitude on food in the U. S

Everyone is the same One big Box or

should I say Plate

First, we need to Briefly Understand why people are not eating according to blood type

“ What may be good food for me, may be bad food for you, it's about health not weight”

TO UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE DON’T EAT THIS WAY WE HAVE TO ASK WHO, WHY, WHAT AND WHERE

Who is behind

this wrong attitude

Why this attitude doesn't work

Where I see eating this way is

going

What is eating

according to blood

type

Who is behind this attitude towards food in the US

Before MyPlates and Pyramids There Was the 1943 "Food Wheel"

The U. S. D. A &Michelle Obama Comes up with the answer “MyPlate”

The USDA and first lady Michelle Obama unveiled the new food plate icon that is replacing the 20-year-old food pyramid. The plate is meant to be a healthier guideline for how to eat in appropriate portions including larger amounts of fruits and vegetables.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture introduced the plate-shaped icon to replace the pyramid

that often was criticized as confusing. The plate's sections show the recommended food

groups, with fruits and vegetables taking up half the dish of foods with healthier forms of fat.

What is the common thread in all of the US Gov policy’s they

project the same attitudes No real commitment

One big box

Portions control obesity

No blood types

Focus on fat & calories

no food preparation

What may be good food for me,

may be bad food for you, it's about health not weight

Why the USDA attitude on food doesn’t work

We are all not the same

According to Dr. Michael Lam, chemical reactions occur

between the foods you eat and your blood type. These

occurrences are caused by proteins called lectins. When

you eat foods that are not beneficial for your blood type,

these lectins target bodily organs or other areas and

cause the blood cells in these areas to clump together and

cause disease. Dr. Lam believes that everyone should eat

a blood-type-specific diet that will protect their blood cells

from uncomplimentary food attacks

(Again) What may be good food for me, may be bad food for you, it's about health not weight

What is eating according to blood type

Different foods are recommend to eat with different blood types.

1. According to Dr. Peter J. D’Adamo, author of Eat right 4 your type, whether you’re an A, B, AB or O, your blood type reveals eye-opening things about your personality and your body's needs.

2. Eating foods that are beneficial to blood types will keep you healthy and fit

Different blood types

Blood group O + or -

Blood group A  + or –

Blood group B  + or –

Blood group AB + or -

TYPE O

People with type O blood flourish on a high-protein diet because they digest meat easily. The most beneficial meats for type O blood types are lamb, beef, venison, mutton and veal. However, type O blood types should not consume pork or goose. The most beneficial fish for type O blood types are herring, mackerel and cod, and the least beneficial are catfish, conch, octopus, salmon, barracuda, caviar, octopus and pickled herring.

Type O blood types should severely restrict eggs and dairy products and should not eat many whole-wheat products because they are not well tolerated by this blood type. People with type O blood should eat collard greens, garlic, spinach, artichokes, red peppers, sweet potatoes, romaine lettuce and figs, plums and prunes to support optimal health.

TYPE AType A blood types should not eat meat because they

naturally have a low stomach-acid content that cannot digest land animal meats. However, type A blood types can eat seafood such as yellow perch, red snapper, monkfish, salmon, carp, group, mackerel, silver perch, snails and rainbow trout. Type A blood types cannot easily digest dairy products but can consume goat milk and cheese, yogurt, mozzarella, kefir, ricotta and feta cheeses. Type A blood types can digest cereals, grains and pastas well and should eat an abundance of fresh, organic vegetables including alfalfa sprouts, romaine lettuce, Swiss chard, dandelion greens, artichokes, turnips and okra. Type A blood types should eat a wide variety of fruits including plums, blackberries, cranberries, figs and prunes.

TYPE BPeople with type B blood can flourish on a wider variety of

foods than any of the other blood types. Type B blood types should eat meats such as rabbit, venison, turkey, veal, beef, lamb, pheasant and mutton and abstain from chicken, goose, duck, pork, quail and Cornish hens. Type B blood types should eat seafood such as flounder, halibut, trout, sole, salmon and flounder but should abstain from all shellfish, yellowtail tuna, snails, striped bass, eel, frogs and barracudas.

People with type B blood can eat a variety of dairy foods including cow and goat milk, cottage cheese and ricotta, but not American or blue cheese, string cheese or ice cream. Type B blood types should also abstain from grains and eat green, leafy vegetables, and bananas, grapes and plums.

TYPE AB People with type AB blood generally have a weak

immune system and should eat a vegetable-rich diet that includes green, leafy vegetables, sweet potatoes, alfalfa sprouts, broccoli, cucumber, mushrooms and parsnips. Type AB blood types can eat a variety of fruits including plums, grapes, cherries, grapefruit and cranberries but cannot tolerate tropical fruits such as coconut, bananas, mangoes and guava. People with type AB blood can eat a wide array of carbohydrates including rice, sprouted wheat and flour products, but should abstain from corn and buckwheat products. Type AB blood types do not digest meat well and should not eat chicken, veal, beef, pork or shellfish. However, AB blood types can eat turkey, lamb, rabbit, tuna, ocean perch, monkfish, grouper and sardines.

Where I hope eating this way headed

No more charts for children based on

weight

Gov policy set for individual care

Eating to prevent illnesses

No more focus on portions and calories

We are all Different with different blood types

Now English faculty eat up and don’t worry about portions
