is $10 /session. Preschool Open
Gym is M & F from 10-11 am.
Friendly Reminders
Children need to wait in the vestibule for their rides, not outside due to the cold
and dark. Also, please send your kids with coats and shoes.
DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES IN YOUR CAR.
Please remember, the loading zone in front of the front doors is for
drop-off/pick-up only. Please no idling cars. Drive slowly through the parking
lot as there are always kids. Once the snow hits, park in designated spaces only.
In this winter season, please keep your child home if they have had a
fever or vomited/diarrhea in the last 24 hours.
If your child is missing items, please check the LOST & FOUND. Items will be
donated on the 28th of each month.

We’re partnering with 2nd Harvest in donating food this winter
to supply 21 emergency food outlets in Spokane that feed more
than 1,000 people each month. We’ve already filled up THREE
bins, and are trying to fill up at least THREE more! Bins are
located near the front desk until December 15th. Please, only
bring nonperishable food items such as peanut butter, canned
soup, cereal, canned fruits and veggies, etc . . . As an incentive, your child will receive a
free pass to one OPEN GYM (regular AND pre-school) session for every 4 cans of food
brought in. Thanks so much for helping us give back to our amazing community!
FLIP FEST, our home meet, is right around the corner! We’re excited to announce
our meet is FULL! In order to put on an amazing meet, however, we need YOU! We
have needs for VOLUNTEERS to help out all three days, Friday afternoon/evening,
and all day Saturday and Sunday. Anyone can help! If you have a child in a
recreational class who is interested in joining team, this is a great opportunity to see
how meets are run and get a feel for team gymnastics. Team parents, we need you
too. We have needs for: Timers/Ribbon Staplers, Concessions, Flower/Raffle Sales,
Set-up, Tear-down, and donating RAFFLE BASKETS! The Volunteer Sign-up book
will be kept at the FRONT DESK starting this week. Please stop in at drop-off or
pick-ip and sign up for one or multiple sessions. If your children will be helping at
all, THEY MUST BE SIGNED UP as well. Our volunteer coordinator this year is
Aleata Williams, and you can contact her with questions at
aleatawilliams01@gmail.com. Please sign-up today at the front desk!
All the athletes did a great job
on their evaluations. Coaches
will continue to introduce new
skills as well as drill stations to
further understanding of the
technique with more advanced
skills and to strengthen current
skill sets. Make-ups are held on
the 1st Saturday of the month
from 11-12:30 pm. Athletes
must sign up with their
coach, not the front desk, in
order to attend so we ensure
we have sufficient coaches.
Reminder that the gym will
be closed December 19th–
January 1st. Regular classes
resume January 2nd.
Starting January 2nd, we
will begin taking registra-
tions for our Year End Show!
As colder weather is
coming, please be sure your
athlete has shoes & warm
clothes to leave practice
in. DO NOT GO OUTSIDE
BAREFOOT.
Athletes need to wait for parents
inside, not outside as it is dark and
cold. No exceptions.
We wish everyone a happy and
fulfilling Christmas Season!
