Payment

0Once you are registered for a class, you owe a balance.0The deadline by which that balance must be paid is

listed on the website and in the Enrollment Guide.0 If your balance is not paid in full by that date, you will

be dropped from your classes.0 In order to prevent your schedule from being

dropped, you should adhere to the deadlines recommended on the previous slide (NOT the deadlines on the TSAC web site).

0 If your Dual Enrollment Grant is not posted to your account by the deadline, you must pay for your classes out of pocket. You will be reimbursed once your grant posts to your account. This could take several weeks.

Things to be aware of

0Dual enrollment students are treated the same as any other college student and are expected to adhere to all college rules – including the college calendar.

0Dual enrollment courses become a part of the student’s permanent college transcript.

0College professors will afford you a tremendous amount of “FREEDOM TO FAIL.” Don’t expect handholding.

0College professors CANNOT speak with parents about student attendance, grades, etc. unless the student signs a waver form.
