Cattlemen, Bulls will again be offered by private treaty with 2016 being 42 years in the Simmental Seed Stock Business for Double J Farms. For decades this herd, our family, customers needs have worked together for a successful program and living for us. Customer success and satisfaction is our reputation and best payment we can ask for. We would like to thank you for the opportunity to work with you and look forward to in the years to come. Strong Material traits, udder quality, fertility, fleshing ability, disposition, performance, soundness have been bred in this herd with predictability. Our cows really make the difference, this year’s calf crop really shows the uniformity, muscling, and just flat power they can produce. We have a select group of commercial SimAngus AI bred heifers for sale by private treaty first come, first serve.• Coat color results will be provided on every bull, along with homo polled results on a select few.• Pictures, videos, and updated information will be available on our website double js immenta ls .com .• All cattle sell under terms and conditions of the American Simmental Association and will sell with registration papers. Please note EPDs may change from time printed until the registration

paper is transferred. Dec 28, 2015 EPDs are provided on this flyer.• Bulls will be wintered, semen evaluated, guaranteed, with delivery available.• We also offer a sight unseen program (over 1/3 of the offering was sold this way last year) and volume discounts. We guarantee our selections.• The bulls can be viewed any time.• Again we will continue with the limited auction format if more than one party is interested by noon on Jan 30TH. If you know that you’re going to bid on a certain bull, bid ahead of time. This

helps us set a sale order and also lets you select another bull in the event you are already bid out. Most of the cattlemen who have purchased or bid on bulls know how the Limited Auction Works. If you are new to this, please feel free to contact me and I can explain the process. First bids must be submitted by Noon Jan 30TH and can be placed by phone or live on the farm with noon lunch provided. If you’re going to bid by phone you must be able to answer your phone from noon on Jan. 30 till limited auction ends around 2pm. (Depending on sale order which will be posted on website prior to sale)

The website will be updated through out the season with this information.• Double J Farms retains 1/3 Semen Interest in any bull selling and any semen collection cost would be at our expense and buyer’s convenience.
