Why should we INNOVATE ? “By defini�on, life is change and change is constant. Innova�on is about being the change rather than facing the change. You don’t have to sell anything, because your product can sell itself
You have to sell your product because nobody knows the value of having it

It’s there! You just have to find it!
We live in a system, where everything is related in some sort of degree
The sky is the limit in genera�ng ideas
Something that can be done, will be done. By you or somebody else ?
The only gap is between you and your own imagina�on !
It’s about improving the QUALITY OF LIFE
What ma�er the most is the best idea not always the boss idea
It’s a long and winding road journey, don’t know where to start and when to end
The power is coming from the share of ideas, not keeping it in silent
Willingness and ability to innovate depend on passionate level
Avoid the phenomena of “INNOVATE for the sake of INNOVATE” mentality
Everybody needs a devil’s advocate
Nega�ve grumpiness means posi�ve chance and opportuni�es
It’s the cheapest and effec�ve way to test the ideas
Always praise nega�ve perspec�ve as it brings new ideas of innova�on
If you can DESCRIBE it, you can DEVELOP it
Mind-‐map it for any idea occured
Transform it into a holis�c and systemic framework of thinking
Losing the great ideas is a “priceless” moment
Ensuring the ideas can be put into reality needs thorough assessment
Plan without execu�on is a dream; Execu�on without plan is a nightmare
Prototype the idea for proof-‐of-‐concept objec�ve
Failure is expected as a part of learning process and innova�on property
Idea is nothing without the implementa�on of it
Does not ma�er how many �mes you fail, what ma�er the most is how many �mes you get up for trying again
Ideas come first, money come last !
We innovate to solve people’s issues
Ge�ng rich is a consequence for having successful innova�ve products
The value of innova�on lies on the outcome, not just output
