User Roles

Super User - Owns or manages a department. Should be able to control documents uploaded within a department.

Guest User - Can download documents based on permission. Can access departments if they are assigned.

Documents can be uploaded by Admin and Super users.

Modified documents can be uploaded with different Version control numbers.

Version Control

Notes can be entered for every document upload.

Documents accessibility shall be viewed and managed by admin.

Departments can be created and users within the department can access all documents.

Users can not access documents uploaded to another departments.

Access rights can be

revoked or managed for Department
