What are these disabilities?

There are hundreds of

disabilities, some as simple as color blind, or as serious and life changing as heart

malfunctions and blindness.

Why were these rights created?

Many people who thought it was not right to have no rights.

Who was Helen Keller?

A girl who was deaf, blind, and mute. Who graduated collage

and wrote her own book.

What did they do with them years ago?

The were excluded from basically from all activities because of there

disabilities.

Can Mental Hospitals help

Not really, its usually better if they structure

atmosphere.
