RED RIDING HOODTHE WOLFS THOUGHTS

Once Upon A Time…

there was a wolf. One day, while he was sitting at home watching television, he grew very hungry. He checked the fridge. “No food!” the wolf said, gloomed.

s

Then again, knowing the fridge was empty, he checked the pantry “No food!”. The wolf was angry; he had no food!

Where was he supposed to get some food? “The store!” he checked his wallet “I guess that should be enough…” so he started walking to the store.

“What’s that tasty-smelling aroma?”, the wolf wondered. He looked over and saw a little girl in a red cape carrying a basket that his nose believed to be cookies. The wolf wondered if she would give him a couple cookies if he asked politely.

He started walking towards her, but what would he say? He stopped to think. “Can I have some cookies?” “No.” “Will you mind if I have some cookies?” “Nah.” “Pardon me, but are you willing to share some cookies?” The wolf thought that sounded perfect; polite.

So he started walking again, but this wolf was shy. How would he say it?

Woops!

The wolf stepped on a stick and his weight caused it to break!

The girl with the red hood heard the loud noise and quickly turned around. “Who’s there?” she asked, frightened.

The wolf wanted to speak but he couldn’t. Why couldn’t he? This wasn’t a big, scary, mean wolf. He was a shy wolf (and right now, a hungry wolf)!

So he started again, slowly sneaking up to the little girl with the red hood. He finally got the courage to say, “Excuse me miss, I…”

She cut his sentence off urgently. “Who are you!?” she commanded. “I’m just a hungry wolf.” he explained.

“WHAT!? Don’t eat me Mr. Wolf! Please don’t eat me!” she screamed.

“No…” once again his explanation was cut off but this time, not by words; by a scream!

The little girl screamed and ran away from the poor, hungry, (and sadly foodless) wolf.

Soon After That…

The wolf decided to go for a walk through the woods. He was tired of everyone thinking he was going to eat them or attack them. “Why does everyone hate me? Do I look as evil as it seems?” he asked himself.

Now the wolf was disappointed and hungry, but he could still smell the cookies. The smell was teasing him. He couldn’t help but follow it.

He wound up right back behind the little girl. “May I ask your name?” the wolf questioned. “I am Little Red Riding Hood, and you are?” she asked. “You can call me The Wolf… I don’t really have a name.” the wolf responded.

“Okay, so Wolf why are you following me? I don’t’ like it!”, Little Red Riding Hood replied.

“Never mind that. Where are you going with those cookies?”, Wolf hoped Little Red Riding Hood wouldn’t mind telling him.

She said, “I’m bringing them to my grandma’s house and I can’t stop to talk. I have to keep moving or I’ll be late.” She then continued walking towards her grandma’s house.

The wolf decided to follow her thinking, “If she won’t give me some maybe her grandma will.” They started off to grandma’s house to give her some cookies… or in Wolf’s case to get some cookies.

Finally…Eventually, they reached grandma’s house. Wolf started running, he didn’t want Red Riding Hood to be in the room when he asked for some cookies. He figured he would tell her not to give him any!

He beat Red Riding Hood to Grandma’s. He was excited, but when he knocked… “Hello?”, the wolf asked. There was no answer. He knocked louder “Hello, anyone home?” no answer.

The wolf was starving he was angry. He came all this way to get some cookies and left with nothing! He decided to break into Grandma’s house and act like her to get some cookies.

So he found some of her clothes, laid in her bed, and waited for Red Riding Hood.

Red Riding Hood got to Grandma’s and knocked on the door “Grandma, are you home?” she asked. The Wolf said in a light voice “Come in sweetie I’m in bed, I feel a little sick today.” he said.

She walked in and saw the Wolf dressed as her Grandma. “Come lay next to me Red.” he told her. “Grandma you have big ears!” she said. “Well I can hear you better” he answered.

“What big eyes you have!” she continued. “That makes it easier to see you” the Wolf replied.

“Okay, what a big nose you have!” she said. “Better to smell you with, Red.” the Wolf declared.

“What’s in the basket Red?” he continued. “I brought them for you but I’m not sure anymore…” she backed out of the bed and towards he door, but the wolf still came for cookies and wouldn’t let her leave without some.

She sat a the kitchen table far away from the wolf. But the wolf wouldn’t give up, “Why don’t you give me your little basket?” he demanded. “No I want to give this to my real grandma, not you” she replied. Then she ran out the door and back into the woods.

The wolf ran out the door and after her. All he wanted was some cookies! He caught up with her quick.

“Well, Red Riding Hood this would be much easier if you just gave me the basket!” he yelled. “I’m not going to and I don’t plan on it Wolf!” she replied.

The wolf was angry again. “ Just give them to me! “ the wolf said angrily. “No!“ she said and started running again. While running, she bumped into her grandma. “Grandma?” she said, confused.

“What are you doing alone in the woods Red?” she replied. “I was bringing you cookies.” she said. The wolf hid, but Grandma could see his tail. It was to long to fit behind the skinny tree. “What is that?” she questioned. Red Riding Hood screeched, “THE WOLF!”

“Calm down, I see wolves all the time!” she demanded. “Not like this one!” she yelled. “What happened Red?” she asked. Red Riding Hood told her the story, she decided to call the police and the town pigs took him away.

Grandma and red Riding Hood lived happily while the Wolf went to jail.Once he left, he never tried to steal anything ever again.

Happily Ever After

And they all lived

The End
