SOME FACTS ABOUT DEEP OCEANSThere is only a small amount of oxygen

in deep oceans. It’s usually pitch black.Did you know the deepest layer is called

deep layer.Oceans cover 75 present of the earth.

MORE FACTS ABOUT DEEP OCEANS 2Did you know we know more about space then we do deep oceans.

Deep oceans are 1,000 meters deep or more.

The temperature may be only 1 or 2 degrees above 0.

HERE ARE SOME ANIMALS THAT LIVE IN DEEP OCEANS

This is a giant isopod

This is a viper fish

This is a vampire squid

This is a angler fish

This is a hagfish

HERE ARE SOME DEEP SEA PLANTS

This is deep sea coral

This is a deep sea anomie

This is sea weed

THE DEEP SEA FOOD CHAIN IF there was a missing link in the food chain. The food chain would fall. For

example if there was no more krill ,seals would die so would other animals that rely on krill.

MORE DEEP SEA FOOD CHAIN STUFF

SOME ANIMAL ADAPTATIONS Some animals that live were it is pitch black so they produce

there own light. They produce this by using bioluminescence .Here is a example

This is a squid

MORE ANIMAL ADAPTATIONSThere is not much oxygen down there so to

use the least amount of oxygen some animals use the current to move them to the place they want to go. Another adaptation is that some animals don’t move at all they just wait for there prey to swim by then they grab that thing.

SOME ENDANGERED ANIMALS

This is a giant triton sea snail

This is krill

This is a sea turtle

This is blue fin tuna

SOME MORE ENDANGERED ANIMALS

This is a manta

This is a chart of some endangered species

This is a blue whale

EXTREME CONDITIONSThere is no air for humans

It’s to cold so we would freeze to deathIt is to dark we would not be able to seeThere is no food to eat

The presser is 1000 times heavier than gravity on earth
