EPSQ in and through Pools
This project is to address problems which cause pools to be scheduled below EPSQ (Elapsed Pro Rated Scheduled Quantity)
Four development phases
Each phase will be implemented independently

Copy Option
Requested Item: Provide a copy option at the One Receipt One Delivery level to enable customers to copy and change fields for a new nomination.
Proposal: Will allow shipper to copy current nominations while in the One
Receipt One Delivery screen Will allow all fields to be edited

A customer priority of High, Medium, or Low will allow us to plan our resources accordingly.

Customer Service Allocation System Roll-Out
We are excited about the roll out of the first module of the new Xpress System – the online Allocation System As part of this roll out, the Customer Service group is presenting the consolidated Allocation Reports (Contract Allocation Report, Location Allocation Report, and NNT/TSB Report). These reports, in addition to a new Location Pool Report and Headstation Pool Report were developed based on requests from the Customer Advisory Group. There are detailed instructions for navigating through the new Allocation System under Informational Postings \Other \Training Materials \Xpress(new) Rollout.Kate Olson or Troy Jackson are eager to meet with each of you to introduce you to the new Xpress Allocation System. Please call them at 1-866-523-4243 to schedule a date and time that will work for you, and we will come to your offices for one-on-one training.
