This is Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific Railroad Illinois Division Employee Timetable #9 issued August 21st, 1977. Note the emphasis on the railroad now calling itself by its longtime nickname "The Rock." A too late attempt to shed its image. The cover is printed in Powder Blue just as it started to do with its engines & freight cars.
