What’s the difference between a covenant & a contract?

Covenant

• it’s the most solemn of all agreements

• Irrevocable

• In-dissolvable

• a commitment valid until death

• Sealed in blood

• Not dependent on performance.

Contract

• Agreement between 2 parties

• Dependent on the performance of each

party

• If one fails to perform satisfactorily – the

other party may cancel!
