has determined that the #1 desire of people, consistent

across all cultures and continents, is what Gallup calls “a

good job”.

A “Good Job” is defined as a job that offers 30 or more hours per

week, consistent employment, and getting paid enough to cover

expenses.

Only about 43% of the jobs in the U.S. qualify as “Good Jobs” using this

definition.
