Zoning and Macro Design Guidelinesfor Fairview Heights5

The TOD Zoning Ordinance creates new TOD Zones and Design Guidelines, encompassing Macro Guidelines (unique development sites) and Micro Guidelines (prototypes for infill sites)

The Preferred Land Use Plan reflects one of the possibilities for development patterns including the locations of new streets. This pattern is suggestive but not required.
