Project Brief :As with almost company, marketing / sales is one of the importantarea for a company to grow. PGN has an issue of very long leadtime to activate new customer. Despite the new customers willwait until they are activated, PGN would like to increase theircustomers satisfaction level.

We are asked to asses the business process analysis across internaldepartments at PGN. Our method was face to face interview withthe senior managers and also data mining from the marketingdepartment re any related with the new customer applicationprocess.

The project duration was 4 months.

The result :We found that the bottle neck process lies on the Board of Directordecision lead time where it is late about 2-3 months fromschedule.

Due to budget wise, PGN needs to prioritize the maintenance workon their bridge. To do so, PGN would like to analyze the feasibilityof their bridges.

The project was taken place on several different area with certainbridges that needs to be survey & analyzed.
