In 2007, be-pôles created an editorial department with a collection of travel notebooks entitled Portraits de Villes. Four cities, four photographers, four portraits.
The beginning of a long voyage. A precious one.
Adhering to its own typographic culture which combines elegance and simplicity, equilibrium and homothety,
precision in details and proportions, be-pôles is adding its contribution to the book of photographs.
Echoing the famous Moleskine notebooks that every globe-trotter carries with him on his travels, the cities of Portraits de Villes have their own identity according
to the vision of each of the photographers who have been carefully chosen by the be-pôles team for the richness
and sensitivity of their visual vocabulary.
It’s also the story of trust.
