What is THRIVE+ in WMP?

1. THRIVE+ is a new way of working for WMP and is designed so we all assess risk in a consistent way

2. It professionalises our approach to public need and risk management

3. THRIVE + identifies the key considerations for evaluating any given situation, these being but not limited to, Threat, Harm, Risk, Investigation, Vulnerability, Engagement and Prevention and Intervention

4. THRIVE+ aligns to the Code of Ethics and NDM and helps the force to respond at pace

5. THRIVE+ has the force values at its heart

Assess the situation using THRIVE+ and

develop a working strategy
