All of these forms need to be completed for counselor recommendation letters

• Make Sure You Meet Deadlines

• All Components Must Be Submitted to your Counselor at the same time

• $4 Per Official Transcript Request

• Final and Scholarship Transcripts are FREE!

• Ask your teachers & counselor IN PERSON for recommendation letters.
