It was the turn of GreaterNoida’s Sharda University toplay host to the HT City Fresh

On Campus Freshers’ Party onSeptember 29. The event beganwith the hunt for the Daredeviland the Style diva of the year.After the ramp walk, a danceround for girls and push-upsround for boys, Munir Imtiaz,BTech (Mechanical), andRukshar Yesmin, BTech(Computer Science) wereadjudged the proud winners. Thefuchhas of this university, going

the traditional way, sported theethnic look, with girls in prettysarees and guys in sherwanisand churidars. They alsopresented a fashion showdepicting the varied culture ofIndia, with a modern twist to it.The crowd at Sharda Universitywas smiliarly a mix of studentsfrom all over India. A groovy jamsession by DJ Sumit Sethi andDJ Vicky, with hit Bollywoodnumbers like Aila re aila and Kyakhoob lagti ho made the studentsenjoy themselves to the hilt.
