• AM Rounding on Family Block

• Internal Medicine: 2 x 4 weeks

• On Call - Lots of responsibility/independence- Ward Calls: anything from Tylenol orders to codes- You’re “alone”… with help just a phone call away!- 2-5 shifts per month- 18:00-7:30 (9:00 on weekends)

• 4 week rotation

AND

• Longitudinal experience - Approximately 1-2 week nights per month- These shifts run 18:00 to 23:00+- If keen, can pick up additional shifts

•ER Competency by Graduation

• Full-scope!- Matched to a preceptor with similar interests- Round on your inpatients ~07:00 - 09:00- Then office runs ~09:00 - 05:00- You might do obstetrics, minor surgical procedures,

emergency, OR assist, palliative care, etc…!

•Population: 80,000•Central: 1 h to Vancouver, 2.5h to Seattle•Beautiful scenery, abundant outdoor recreation•Small town feel, with nearby urban amenities•Warmest city year round in Canada 10.5°C
