My dream job – CEO of the “e-food” company

0 7:00 AM, On a Monday, 23 of Septembre 2022 - Zagreb, Croatia

0 I check my dashboard on which I see how the company is running, are there any malfunctions or delays

0 I take my laptop, turn on the hologram software, and I say : ”Take me to Wienna business centre , please”.

0 My colleges from all around the world are here and we start our

meeting

How we work:0The main problem of small food

producers are high costs of marketing and transportation

0we will solve that problem by using teleportation technology which will cause lower costs of transportation

Company organization:

0 outsourcing of food production – our partners are small farmers who can not put their products on the market themselves

0 core businesses are performed in small teams within the company’s divisions around the world

0 products from different producers are united under one name and marketing strategy for each market

0 our TCM (total control management) involve monitoring of processes constantly trough dashboards and in real time

Outcome0 Gathering small farmers and using teleportation

technology and modern softwares will lead to lower prices of e-food on the low income markets which will solve the hunger problems but also improve business opportunities for small farmers

e-food0 e-food stands for food transported by

teleportation system but also for e-cologically grown food0 our future is organic food whose quality

will be preserved by using teleportation 0 this will eliminate premature harvest and

food freezing

0 after the meeting I went to our headquarters and thought about my path from university to my dream job

0 at Faculty of economics and business in Zagreb we played a game

0 this one single game was played through all my educational years

Portal for playing business games

0 portal for playing business games was settled by our faculty and it included different companies which posted their tasks, games and problems to be solved by the students

0 it was all about solving problems and by that collecting points

0 sometimes problems were fun, like you were supposed to design your own working space using various colors and shapes and sometimes they involved solving riddles

0 by the years I gained a lot of points and by playing the game I got to know my future company

0 even before I became an e-food employee I already knew my colleagues and my work space

0 for this job I did not need to submit my CV and the letter of motivation because I have been preparing for this job trough all my high education

Gained skills

0 Participating in various projects, workshops and debates I became qualified to run the e-food company

0 I became more organized, better public speaker and presenter and also a good teamworker

0 I improved my communiaction skills and learned three world languages
