CBT Login Page
Guest would require to login using their ID & password on cbt.riyabusinesstravel.com.
Home Page
Car Request On clicking the Car tab, a request form would be opening up. Once all the mandatory details are
filled in & clicked on submit, the request would be forwarded to the Line Manager.
Request ID Generation A unique reference ID is generated, once the request is successfully submitted.
Approval Mail Line Manager would receive the request in the form of an email.
Approver needs to click
on Approval URL.
Car Request Upon clicking the link for Car request in the mail, approver would be navigated to the following
page, where he / she can approve or reject the request.
Click On Approve/Reject
Once the request is approved from Line Manager, the
Car request would be auto forwarded to the travel
desk for booking. After booking, guest would receive
the Car details through email.
