RETURNS PROCEDURE

The purchaser shall inspect the conditions of the goods immediately upon receipt and report any problems immediately (within 48 hours)

Marble & mirror items must be checked on delivery. Any complaints regarding Marble & Mirror items will not be accepted after the drivers left from your premises.

Exchange or credits will only be given once the goods are inspected and approved that it’s a manufacturing fault and not an accidental damage. Supplier can refuse to accept any returns if found to be damaged due to mishandling.

Goods are not accepted by the seller for return from the purchaser without the prior consent and return note from the sales office prior to delivery. Any goods return to driver or any other way back to us will not be credited.

Small screws and fittings can be posted free of charge only if proofs of purchase and above procedures are followed otherwise charges apply.

For replacement parts of furniture example: legs, back panels, table tops will also require all above procedures and may incur charges.

Goods need to be ready on arrival of driver and exchange will only be given if the items are in the shop otherwise charge will have to be added of the part delivered.
