Themes explored in the workshop included the importance of encouraging learners to broaden their understanding of the world of work, reducestereotypicalviewsthattheymighthaveofgirlsorboysjobandtoexplorehowchildrencanbeempoweredtobecomeawarebylearningforthemselves,bybeingcurious,byasking,bylistening,bydiscovering,bygettingitwronganddevelopingtheresiliencetoeventuallyget itbetter,byexperiencingtheworldofworkandengagement,byleading,byraisingtheirownbars.
