Calzone

Design brief

Constraints and Considerations

Constrains

Make sure it’s a calzone Make sure its savory Suitable for one personMake sure it has a filling

Considerationsthere allergies LikesDislikesPreparation time Filling suitable for all guests

Criteria for evaluation

Is it a calzone?does it taste good?Does it smell good? Is it savory?Does it have a filling?Does it look good?Is it suitable for one person?

The design process

Calzone fillings?

• Option 1 • Basil• chicken• feta • sun dried tomato's• salt pepper• lemon juice • olive oil • tomato paste

Option 2 Basil chickenBBQsun dried tomato's salt pepperolive oil tomato paste

Advantages

• The BBQ sauce goes really well with the chicken. But then the leman juice and the basils would go well together as well

decision

I choose option 1 because even though the BBQ sauce would of tasted nice with the chicken I don’t think it would of tasted good with the feta. So I chose the option 2 because all the ingredients will taste good together.
