V I S I ON San Rafael Elementary School is a fast

growing Public Elementary School of Naga City, envisioned itself by year 2013 to produce God fearing individuals who has genuine concern for the good of others functionally literate pupils prepared and ready to meet the challenging task of the next level of basic education.

MI S S I ON As an institution of learning we are

committed to produce pupils who have learned to know God and become mindful of others and of his surroundings, and learned the basic skills that would help him meet the challenges of secondary education.

  This is possible through the help of

competent, dedicated and committed teachers supported by the different stakeholders of the community providing them with the needed care, protection and physical facilities available.
