CouplersConnect the decorating tip to the piping bag

Filling the Piping Bag1. Fold the sides down over your hand or glass

2. Fill with icing (careful not to go over ⅔ full)

3. Twist the top and fold over

Icing Practice1. With your dominant hand, hold the top of the twisted/folded icing bag.

2. Apply pressure with the palm of your hand, forcing the frosting towards the

tip to burp the bag (expels air from the pastry bag)

3. Use your other hand to guide the tip of the bag.
