Issues to consider: -

• Each software package takes a distinctive and unique

approach to addressing the above 

•Items such as pockets, islands etc need to be identifiedand dealt with.

• Motion of the tool is often quite different from the shapebeing produced, e.g. hole

• Speeds, Feeds need to be added.

• Clearance moves between profiles

• Tools, Offsets, Depths of Cut
