Saving the report Saves the Description

After the Report is Saved Click on Properties

Make Changes & Click OK

View Results In WebI

Opens the Document Properties window

Select the Advanced Search

Find WebI Reports from the Repository

Inserting descriptions into your desktop reports

Click Properties from the File menu. The Summary Info dialog box appears.

Document Properties

• The Summary Info dialog box allows you to enter data about a document, for example its title, subject or author. Other users can use these properties as search criteria when searching for documents in the repository.

• Enter the document information in the Categories, Comments,  Keywords Name  Subject..

• Getting information about a document

Document Properties

•You can use the information in the Summary Info dialog box to help you keep track of the unique features of your document.

•You can also retrieve document information or find a document based on the document properties before you retrieve the document from Corporate Documents.
