education and support• Reimbursement and documentation strategies for DSME• Setting SMART goals and developing a CQI process• Live chart auditing to help you understand what it takes

to pass a Medicare audit• Marketing, recruitment and sustainability tools

Day 2: Building a Business Case for Implementing a Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP)• Explore the National Diabetes Prevention Program (NDPP)• Arm yourself with the data and statistics you need to justify a DPP• Learn how to successfully apply for the Diabetes Prevention

Recognition Program (DPRP)• Cover the steps to achieve reimbursement for DPP
