• 3 families have removed children from school

•5 families have taken elements of their budget to support their child’s access to therapies

•Monitoring ….. How do we know if budgets are working?

•Evaluating the use of budgets and how they might be used in the future.

•Hand book has been prepared which works for both Direct payments and Personal budgets.

•Contract amended and made into a user friendly yet legally correct document.
