The boa constrictor's preferred habitat is the rainforest, but it is also found in semi arid savannah.
After fertilization, the eggs remain in the female's body, where they develop over several months inside thin membranes.
It greatest enemy is the man. This boa constrictor is hunted for the skin trade, and
products made from boa constrictor´s skin are common in souvenir shops.
Some strange boas constrictor may reach 6 metres.
