The tested type sample is in accordance with the relevant regulations in EC-Machinery-Direc-tive 98/37/EC (valid until Dec. 28, 2009) and 2006/42/EC (valid from Dec. 29, 2009).The holder of this Certificate is authorized to attach the BG-Mark (as illustrated on page 2 of the German-language original Certificate) to those products being in accordance with the tested type sample (if applicable with addition as mentioned under „Remark“).
