Getting Started
Please follow below steps to register on
Bank Connect2.0:
1. Head over to website www.Bank
Connect2.0.co and click on the ‘Get
Started’ button.
2. Customer to fill up all the details as
asked in the form and hit ‘SIGN UP’.

3. Customer to verify his mobile number
by adding OTP received on mobile.

If customer is an individual or self-proprietorship, then
customer to fill details of own PAN, basic details as
asked in screen and press continue.
If customer is a LLP or Private Limited firm, then
details of business such as Business PAN, CIN and
basic details about company needs to be filled. On
completion of form continue to be pressed.

The screen will confirm registration and will display two
options:
1. To Complete KYC or,
2. To directly go to Bank Connect2.0 dashboard.
If Customer chooses to ‘FINISH MY KYC’ then he will be
directed to a screen where he can complete his KYC by
uploading relevant documents.

Here, if customer wants to activate the ‘Online Payment Gateway’ or ‘Get Your Card’ or other
exciting features of Bank Connect2.0, he would be prompted to finish the KYC.

Collect payments
Collect payments is divided into three tabs
• All Transactions – This tab contains all the collect transactions which are initiated.
• Invoice - User can view and review all the invoices which are generated till date. Here user can see
the status of the invoices and even create new GST ready invoices.
• Quick collect – This functionality is meant for the user to easily collect. User can create payment links
and share it with his customer, where they can make the payment easily through multiple payment
modes.

payments, once a sale has been

fetched. User can click on the
name to proceed further.

• Display Name – The unique nickname for the user. This
should be unique for all contacts
• Contact Name – The name of the customer
• Mobile number – Contact details of the customer
• Emai l – Email ID of the customer
• Bil l ing Address – Billing Address of the customer
• P incode – The location pincode, once it’s entered, the
city and state will auto populate
• If the billing address and shipping address is not same,
uncheck the checkbox to enter the shipping address
• Click on S AV E after entering all the details.
• The customer added will be populated in invoice & get saved
in contacts

• Add a description for the invoice
• Enter the product name and then
click on +Add <Product Name>
Note:
If user has already added the product , it
will automatical ly be fetched. user can
just click on the name to add in invoice.

Type– Select if the item is a product or service
I tem Name – The name of the Item
Unit – Select the unit of item Quantity
HSN or SAC code– Enter the HSN code of product or
SAC for service
Select Tax– Enter the GST tax for the item
Note - Only “Select Type” and “Item Name” fields are
mandatory others are optional.
Once description details is saved, it will get populated in
invoice and saved for further use

• If the user wants to add an
addi t ional i tem row he can click on
+ A D D Item to do so
• User also can change the invoice
number if he want to do so.
• Once it’s done, the user can ”Save
and Send” the invoice immediately
or “Save” the invoice for later use and
even Preview the invoice.

Using Bank Connect2.0 Business cards users can easily streamline their
business and team spend.
Bank Connect2.0 offers three types of cards:
• Founders card – This is a credit card which the can be used for the business and
managing all your subscriptions.
• Virtual Cards – Virtual cards can be issued to employees to manage individual
subscriptions for daily business activities like adwords, AWS etc.
• Expense cards – This is prepaid card which can be issued to the employees. The cards can
be used by employees for their expenses incurred for work related activities.

4. Seller- Seller will be the one who will be
having the access to Bank Connect2.0
Marketplace and he will be able to manage
the orders and products.

ICICI bank accounts.
ICICI Bank A/C – Upon registration of Connected Banking in CIB, user’s account
can be managed from this tab.
Users can initiate transactions; view statements & balance with real time
syncing.
Non-ICICI Bank Accounts – Customer can connect them to Bank Connect2.0 to
view statements only.
