• Great Place to have past council members come help work!

• End of the previous School Year:– Ask for $ from clubs, local businesses, or

fundraise!– Determine Theme– Line up Volunteers– Determine Date of Event (Orientation week)

• Depends on how big of an event… • WSU:– 1 Student and 1 Hall Director Co-Chairs– 5-8 Students on the Committee– All RAs helps staff the event– Various Clubs helps staff event and donate to the

prize table

Day of Prep

•Volunteers meet 45 minutes ahead of time to be trained in on their stations.

• Over 500 People attended! • Safe environment to establish relationships• Boost School Morale
