What is the WORST most COMMON thing YOU do to YOUR back?

Is it working on a computer?

Is it studying?

Is driving?

Is texting?

Is it talking on the phone and working on the computer at the

same time?

How about writing on a clipboard?

Is installing a new floor?

Could it be reading like this?

OR reading like this?

What about standing?

Could it be working in the yard?

OR moving?

THE #1 WORST most COMMON thing you do to YOUR back is ANYTHING that requires SUSTAINED

POSTURE!

Why is SUSTAINED POSTURE so bad for YOUR

back? When you are in ANY posture too long you

get STUCK in that posture. When your back or neck gets stuck it does

not work right and more importantly IT HURTS!

What can you do to keep your back or neck from

getting stuck? Do whatever you can to avoid being in any

posture very long. If you have to be in a posture for extended

periods of time wiggle or something! Take breaks and bend in every direction.

IF your back or neck hurts it is stuck. What should you do

to fix it? Any exercise that bends the stuck area can

help. For example if your low back is hurting hiking can help it.

If you are in too much pain to exercise you need help!

The best person to help get your neck or back working correctly

is….

A GOOD CHIROPRACTOR! A good Chiropractor corrects the function of

your back. When your back works right it feels great!

To sum it up…

Keep moving! Sustained Posture is not your friend!

Exercise! If you are in too much pain to exercise or the

exercise is not fixing the pain you need to see a good Chiropractor to get your back working.

When YOUR back and neck work right you feel GREAT!
