friendship and teamwork, the emergence of the discipline, improve our physical condition, and

helps to have a healthy lifestyle. It is a liberating practice and in turn recreational, creator of positive feelings and attitudes toward life.

CONCLUSION

We conclude that in soccer we can meet new friends, spend time with family but also soccer has another benefits. For example, we could be healthier; practicing sports like soccer we could reduce generated stress.
