These instructions show how to install, program and use Acmeda’s electronic limit tubular motors:
• Automate EL S45
• Automate Q EL S45 (quiet motor).
• Automate EL S60 (collision control motor).
These motors can be controlled with Automate RF 500 series remote devices:
• Automate RF 501 (single channel)
• Automate RF 515 (15 channel)

Ensure motor & idler have been installed into tube on correct sides and adaptor plate is connected.
Mount brackets into desired position
Locate blind onto bracket; motor end first.Ensure bracket grooves and tongue meet into slots allocated on disc adaptor.
Locate idler onto bracket.Pin will click into place.
Attach bracket covers (if desired), by sliding cover cap up onto bracket.

PAIRING A MOTOR TO A REMOTE
P2 (x2) UP (x1) or DOWN (x1)
Motor will beep with each button pressed. To confirm pairing, motor will beep 3 times and jolt up and down.
• Switchmotorpoweron(motorwillbeepx5times&jolt).
• Ensurepairingcommenceswithin10secondsaftermotorhascompletedbeepsandjolted.
• Pressbuttonsaccordingtomotorandrollerpositionshownbelow.
CHECK BLIND DIRECTION
PressUP&DOWNbuttonsandensureblindismovingincorrectdirection.IfworkingcorrectlyproceedtoStep3.
Up and down buttons only need to be pressed down once.They do not need to be depressed for blind to operate up and down. UP/DOWN
TO CORRECT BLIND DIRECTION
Pressbuttononmotorheadfor5secondstochangeorientationofblind. Motor beeps & jolts to confirm change of direction.
CheckblinddirectionagainbeforeproceedingtoStep3.
For instructional purposes, the following options have been shown:
Easy-Lock Chain Winder 'AC' Installation Brackets. Top Fix installation.

40mm Motor - Somfy. Somfy Drive & Crown Wheels.
INSTALLATION
ROLLER BLINDS 40mm MOTORISATION
ENSURE 'NOTCH' OF CROWN WHEEL LOCKS WITHIN GAP OF MOTOR HEAD.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1: Install Crown Wheel onto 40mm Motor. Ensure 'notch' of Crown
Wheel locks within gap of Motor Head.
STEP 2: Install Drive Wheel onto 40mm Motor.
NOTE: * For Elero Motors, use 'O' ring supplied by Elero to lock Drive Wheel to
40mm Motor. * For Gaposa Motors, use Gaposa Retaining Clip to lock Drive Wheel to 40mm Motor. * For Selve Motors, use plastic retaining clip supplied by Selve to lock
Drive Wheel to 40mm Motor.
STEP 3: Mount 40mm Motor Disk Adaptor onto Motor head with Counter

P2whilemotorismoving.c. Onceblindisatdesiredposition,pressSTOPfor5secondsuntil
motorconfirmsposition.
To confirm limit, motor will jolt down and up. It is possible to programme multiple motors on each channel.
To program another motor on the same channel, turn OFF motor 1, turn ON motor 2 and repeat steps from 1 to 5.

To confirm setting mode, motor will beep 3 times and jolt up and down.

PUT MOTOR IN LIMIT SETTING MODE
• UseUPandDOWNtofindyourfavouriteposition.
• PressSTOPfor5secondsuntilmotorconfirmsposition.
To confirm limit, motor will jolt.
Itispossibletocreateasubgroupofmotorscontrolledbythesamechannel.

Themotorisinthismodebecausethep2buttonhasbeenpressedduringthesettingoflimits(Step4&5). PresstheUporDownbuttonandmotorwillgobacktoturningcontinuously.
